You should not pay someone to learn your business on your invoices. We deliver a system built around your work, at a price set before we start.
As volumes grow, work that used to fit in one head spreads across four departments: orders open in one system and close in another, the real numbers live in spreadsheets, and every decision needs a manual check.
We build the tool that holds that work together. Price set before we start, accountability for the outcome on our side, and one person to talk to from the first meeting to go-live.
Reply within 24 business hours. You speak with whoever would work on the project, not a sales rep.
A company doesn't stop all at once. It stops one step at a time: first a quote waiting on an approval, then an order nobody can locate, then a report that gets rebuilt by hand at the end of every month.
The breaking point doesn't come when you work badly. It comes when you work well, but too much: orders go up, customers go up, and every department starts defending itself with its own spreadsheet. The information all exists, it just sits in different places and doesn't talk to itself. Every time a real number is needed, someone has to ask the person who knows it by heart.
At that point looking outside is normal. You meet the owners of the consulting firm, you talk about objectives, trust gets built. Then the contract arrives: man-days, hourly time and materials, or a quote "starting from" that nobody commits to.
Then the project starts. And on Monday morning, who actually turns up in your departments?
Two or three people who have never closed an order with a customer who changes their mind after the line has started, who don't know what a deposit waiting to be reconciled involves, who don't know the exceptions your office resolves every week without ever writing them down.
What happens next is always the same: your best people become full-time teachers, hourly invoices climb month after month, dates slip with nobody taking responsibility, and you end up with a tool that solves one part of the problem and creates two new ones.
Adelant exists to do the opposite: scope gets defined before we start, the price gets locked, and from that point the risk of the estimate is ours. We don't sell hours: we deliver a system that works in ordinary daily operations.
Hours Billed or Outcome Delivered
Two ways of working and two ways of getting paid. The difference shows at the end of the month, and it shows even more clearly on launch day.
Four Things We Don't Negotiate
These are not values for a corporate page: they are the constraints we apply on every project.
The work first, the system after
We don't start building until we understand how work enters the business, who approves it and where it stalls. If the flow isn't clear, the problem won't be solved by adding screens.
Nobody stops working
The new system starts alongside the old one, not in place of it. No one is left without tools and no order gets lost in the transition: first the systems run in parallel, then the old one is switched off.
Price fixed first, dates respected
The quote is closed after the assessment and it holds: no extras for management, meetings or surprises. A wrong estimate is our problem, not an extra line on your invoice.
The data stays yours
Every change traced with name, date and time; different permissions for each role; continuous backups. And the day you decide to change provider, you take everything with you without asking us.
How You Get to a System that Actually Works
Four steps, each with a result you can verify. None of them asks you to stop the business.
We Look at the Work, Not at Slides (No Cost)
The person who would work on your project goes through the points that slow you down with you: where waiting piles up, which steps are still done by hand, which tools don't talk to each other. You come out of that meeting with a written assessment, the timeline and the price.
A First Usable Version, on Real Cases
We put in order the information that today lives in different places and give you a first version you can already work with. Not a presentation: a tool your managers use, challenge and correct.
Building It and Connecting What You Already Have
We build the rest of the system and connect it to your ERP, accounting and department tools. Every step is checked before it reaches the people who have to work on it.
Going Live
The new system runs alongside the current one, existing data gets moved across, we stand next to your people until they are autonomous, and we complete the switch without interrupting the work.
When It Makes Sense to Talk (and When It Doesn't)
It makes sense if:
- The company has grown and processes that worked with twenty people now pass through too many tables.
- The work relies on parallel spreadsheets that rebuild what your systems don't do.
- You have already paid someone to have your own business explained to people who didn't know it.
- You want someone who takes responsibility for making things work, not someone who delivers a job and disappears.
It's not the right path if:
- You need a brochure website or a standard off-the-shelf application for a few hundred euros.
- You need borrowed staff to cover an internal absence.
- You want the same package for everyone, without looking at how you work.
The Questions We Get Before You Sign
How can you guarantee a price that doesn't change?▾
Because you're not paying for our hours. In the first meeting we check what has to be connected, where the special cases are and how much work they involve. From there the price is closed. If the estimate was wrong, the difference stays our problem and never becomes an extra line on your order.
Do we have to throw away the ERP we use today?▾
No. In most cases invoicing, accounting and compliance stay exactly where they are. The new system takes on the operational steps that nobody really manages today and exchanges data with what you already have, with no re-entry.
Who owns the system after launch?▾
You do, without conditions. The day you want to change provider you take the system and the data with you, with nothing to buy back. Maintenance runs on a defined fee tied to what the system does, not to the hours we spend on it.
How long before we see something usable?▾
A first usable version is normally available within 6-10 weeks of kickoff, to be tested on real cases. The rest is built in blocks: nobody waits a year to find out whether the direction is right.
Who do I talk to when I have a question?▾
Always the same person: whoever has been working on your project from the start. No sales reps, no go-between coordinators, nobody who answers "I'll check and get back to you".
